    • Product Engineer across the stack on AI agents, WhatsApp messaging and CRM automation. I own features from data model and APIs to the interface, and stay with them after launch until they hold up in production.
    • Owned the product experience for AI agents that answer calls, chase leads and follow up on WhatsApp (AI Receptionist, AI Sales Agent, AI Caller Tunes), from onboarding and test calls to multilingual voices and AI avatars.
    • Built the AI training workspace, a WhatsApp-style chat where businesses teach their agent with text, voice notes, files and websites, with a review step that flags contradictory details before they go live.
    • Took the chatbot platform from scripted replies to CRM workflows. Designed the node-action model (lead stage, assignment, tags, notes, tasks) and a stateless simulator that runs the production engine.

Referral Hub

  • A referral platform with separate flows for Marketers, Intake and Owners. It started as one web app for one client.
  • Now it's multi-tenant: org-scoped data rolled out behind a flag, a rehearsed backfill on live data, and a test that proves nothing crosses orgs.
  • And it's on phones: an Expo app that shares code with the web through a monorepo, with push notifications that open the right referral and over-the-air updates.
  • Auth rebuilt properly: cookie sessions, rate limiting, password reset and a fail-closed mode. Plus member imports and a payout module for the marketers.
  • PDF intake forms fill themselves from referral data. Details intentionally omitted — built under NDA.

Personal Finance Tracker

TrackLet

  • My personal money babysitter — built because spreadsheets were judging me too hard.
  • InboxPilot does the data entry: a scheduled Gmail sync reads bank and card emails, parses the merchant, and one tap turns a transaction into an expense.
  • Cards that know their limits — track credit and debit cards, watch your "available balance" humble you in real time, and pay bills off right from the app.
  • Bills with reminders, a monthly budget and balance, and money-back entries so refunds stop wrecking the math.
  • Daily, weekly and monthly breakdowns with charts, so you see exactly where the chai money went. Spoiler: it's always chai.
  • Heads up: still on a Google test account, so the Gmail magic is invite-only — ping me if you want in. The manual side is wide open, go wild.
  • Still evolving — I ship a little something to it every week or so.
